These Terms govern access to KatFacil LLC consumer and business services, including wallets, card tools, transfers, funding, and related platform features.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to open and use a KatFacil LLC account.
Personal accounts are intended for the named individual. Business accounts must be opened by an authorized representative acting on behalf of a valid business or sole proprietorship.
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information during onboarding and keep your account profile updated whenever material information changes.
KatFacil LLC may request identity documents, proof of address, business formation documents, tax details, device verification, or other evidence required for compliance, fraud prevention, or service activation.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, API keys, one-time codes, and any card security information associated with your account.
You must promptly notify KatFacil LLC if you suspect unauthorized access, account takeover, compromised credentials, suspicious transactions, or incorrect account information.
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, deceptive conduct, money laundering, terrorist financing, unauthorized card testing, or misuse of payment rails.
You may not reverse engineer the platform, abuse rate limits, interfere with security controls, create duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, or use the service on behalf of a prohibited third party.
KatFacil LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or service where we identify compliance concerns, unpaid obligations, excessive risk, fraud indicators, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may hold balances, reverse transactions where permitted, request additional documentation, or maintain records required by law after account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KatFacil LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the fees paid by you to KatFacil LLC during the 12 months preceding the claim, except where a higher minimum applies by law.
You agree to contact KatFacil LLC first so that we can attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith before initiating legal proceedings.
Disputes related to card transactions, unauthorized activity, or platform fees must be raised within the timelines stated in the applicable policy, cardholder terms, or service notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your applicable service disclosures, without regard to conflict of laws rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
